Alex sold our home after a deal had failed to go through. He came in, told us exactly what he could do, and followed through. We closed a sale with a new buyer about a month later. Alex and team have a refreshing business model. They do not negotiate commissions, but instead offer extensive services for free: house cleaning, landscape tidying, help moving furniture, window washing, and pressure washing of a patio, in my case. They were not at all pushy and set the value of my place, which sold for full price, well above a local competitor. Jacob also help arrange for a plumber to fix a sink drain that needed repair before the sale. I couldn’t be happier, and am recommending them to my friends.

The entire team are absolutely amazing! My husband and I were looking for a home last year and Alex and team cease to amaze me. We were referred to Alex and team from a friend who had also used them and highly praised them.
